Print letters of the alphabet on large index cards, one letter per card.  Place several letter cards close to each other on the floor, you may need to tape them down so they are secure.  Have a child stand with their back to the letter cards and throw a bean bag over their shoulder towards to letter cards.  Have the child turn around and identify the letter they hit with the bean bag.
