Provide small paper lunch bags for the children to decorate with crayons or markers. Cut a hole about 2 inches in diameter and about 1 inch from the top of both sides of the bag. Hang one as a litter bag on doorknobs in the classroom to collect scraps of paper. Encourage the children to hang the bags in their cars or homes to collect paper litter.
