Look in the sky to see if there are any balloons, airplanes, birds or rockets during outdoor time. Tell the children that there are real things that can fly. Ask the children to pretend to be one of these objects. Call out different objects and encourage the children to pretend to fly like an airplane. Talk about how pretending to be these items differs from the real object.
