Create a newsroom set in your classroom.  Include a video camera and other props such as, play microphones, press passes, and dress up clothes.  Encourage children to take turns  to be interviewee, the reporter and the camera operator.  Help children think of questions to use as part of the interview such as, "What is your name?", "What is your favorite center?" or "Do you have a pet?".  Encourage children to use the video camera to "film" the interview.  Replay the interviews at the end of the day or share with parents.
