Assign one child to be the class weather watcher or meteorologist. Each day have the child go to the window and report to the class what he or she sees. Create a chart with simple symbols for different types of weather. The weather watcher can choose a symbol and put it on the chart. At the end of the week, discuss how the weather was different from day to day.
