Gossie by Olivier Dunrea is a duckling that loves to wear red boots all of the time until one day she can't find them. Encourage the children to turn the pages in the book so they can can help Gossie find her beloved boots. Encourage the children to draw a picture of something they love to wear everyday. Create a class book for them to read. This can be done in small group.
