Read When Sophie Gets Angry – Really, Really Angry by Molly Bang. When you have finished reading the book, ask the children to remember a time when they were angry and have a couple of them share. Extend the conversation by asking questions such as, “What happened to make you angry?” and “What did you do to not be angry any longer?” Follow up with, “What can you do the next time you get angry?” This could be done in large group.
