Have the children mix together the following ingredients: 2 packages of gelatin dissolved in 2 cups of hot water, ¾ cup of chia seeds, 1½ cups cold water, 3 cups of corn starch, 1 cup of fl our and food coloring. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator overnight to help the gelatin set. It is a sticky, gooey substance for children to explore, during outdoor time.
