Create homemade Moon sand to be used in the sensory center by mixing nine cups of extra fine play sand, three cups of cornstarch and 2¼ to 2½ cups of water. Start with 2¼ cup of water and gradually continue adding until you have the desired consistency. Mix well. Cover and store in an airtight container.
