Create pretend snow by mixing 1/2 cup of child- safe white hair conditioner and 3 cups of baking soda. Encourage the children to feel and smell the ingredients, and ask them open-ended questions such as, “What will happen if we add more baking soda?” and “How is this like real snow?”
