Let the children help make popsicles for snack by pouring fruit juice into an ice cube tray and adding a craft stick for a handle. Freeze the popsicles overnight. As the children are eating them the next day, talk about how the solid popsicle is changing into a liquid. Encourage the children to use words to describe the popsicle such as cold, wet, drippy and melting.
