Make a ribbon wand for each child by attaching crepe paper streamers or thin ribbon to a wooden paint stirrer or use the streamers from your music props box. During large group, play music and show the children how to write letters in the air with their streamers. Make sure you have plenty of space for this activity. Do it during outdoor time if that works better. Call out letters and have everyone write those letters in the air.
