Share with the children how we sometimes show emotion with our bodies. Demonstrate that crossing your arms means angry, putting your head in your hands shows frustration, a frown means sad and raising your hands in the air means happy. After you model, have the children follow along with you. Then sing the song "If You're Happy and You Know It" and use the terms "frustrated," "sad" and "happy" in the song along with the corresponding body language.
