During outdoor time, take props outside to set up a vet office. Explain that just as doctors keep people healthy and safe, vets do the same for our pets. Add a stethoscope, thermometer, notepad, magnifying glass and a basket of stuffed animals. Encourage the children to bring their pet to the vet.
