Bring in a variety of healthy foods for the children to taste that they may not usually eat such as carrots, radishes or edamame beans. Invite the children to wear animal headbands and pretend to eat like that animal. “I'm wearing rabbit ears. Watch me eat this carrot without using my hands,” or “I'm wearing horse ears, watch me eat this apple.”
