Provide each child with logos of several local businesses. Make sure the logos cover specific kinds of merchandise such as fast food, car accessories or pet supplies. Try to avoid logos from “big box” stores that sell a wide variety of merchandise. Attach the logo to a craft stick. Talk about each store and the children's experiences. To play the game, show pictures of items you might buy at one of the stores and the children hold up the correct logo. This can be done in small group.
