Sit in front of a mirror with the infant in your lap. Say, "Who is that?" Wave his/her hand and say, "Hi, hand!" Say, "Where's your foot?" Wave the infant's foot and say, "Hi, foot!" Continue asking questions and moving different parts of the infant's body.
