Take bubble-blowing supplies outside for some fun cause and effect experiences, during outdoor time. Experiment with wands of different sizes and shapes or wave your hand back and forth to form bubbles instead of blowing them. Watch the bubbles pop when they land on a surface or race after them to pop them yourself. Show the children how to wet their hands so they can catch the bubbles without popping them. Ask, “Why do you think the bubble doesn't pop when you catch it with wet hands?”
