All About Seasons?

Read a variety of books that talk about the seasons. Examples include Snow Rabbit, Spring Rabbit: A Book of Changing Seasons by Il Sung Na; Everything Spring (Picture the Seasons) by Jill Esbaum; Spring Is Here! (Bear and Mole Story) by Will Hillenbrand or Seasons of the Year (Patterns in Nature) by Margaret Hall. Discuss with the children how we dress differently during each season. Discuss how the days and nights get longer and shorter depending on the season.This could be done in large group.
