Exploring Take Offs

Integrate technology by selecting videos of an airplane taking off and a space shuttle launch ahead of time. Have the children view the videos and discuss similarities and diff erences. Consider creating a Venn diagram to capture the children's thoughts and ideas. This could be done in large group.
