Have the children create a picture that shows the number of people in their families. Create a graph with numbers zero to 10 listed across the bottom (you may not need to go as far as 10). Allow children to place a dot, sticker or check mark above the number of family members they drew in their picture. Ask the children who has the most people in their family. Encourage the children to discuss which family has more, fewer and equal. This can be done in small group.
